As i said in my old post, i'm going to tell you the superduper un-dangerous healthy diet routine that i've been doing! It works! Before the summer holiday,i weigh at 48 kg. It's been a disaster, i was having loose fats all over my body; my hand, my legs, and..my ass. And i began to think.
I'm going to grade 9! Senior Mid-School! I'm going to remember this like i remember my 6th grade!
So unless i wanna look fat in my prom dress or look terrible in my yearbook,i HAD to do something. I asked my mom,and she set me this list of stuff i have to do.
Firstly, I'm going to have to re set my breakfast routine. Mom said NO SKIPPING MEALS. Skipping meals--any meals,dinner,lunch or breakfast--is going to make u STUPID and SICK. So she warned me,no skipping meals.
She said my breakfast should be simple,healthy. Bread and peanut butter. Very healthy,not too much carbs. Or a power-energy bar, or oatmeal ( make sure u choose the one with mixed berries,or if u bought the regular one try to add raisin because regular oatmeal can make you throw up if u eat and move a lot). So i told my maid to bring me bread and peanut butter to eat in the car. And my mom is buying power energy bar two times a month (the best p-energy bar is at ranch market which is real far).
Breakfast=check.
Now for lunch routines. She said that lunch is VERY important. So, you have to put a little carbs and fats to make you move the day. A sandwich is SUPER. Bread with celery or cabbage inside, and tuna or chicken or beef, and mayonnaise or tomato ketchup. Bread for oats, Tune/chicken/beef for fats and protein, celery/cabbage for health, and mayo/ketchup for special taste. You can also have steak, which includes french fries,chicken/beef,and mixed veggies. Indonesians like to eat rice, and WE are indonesians right? So mom recommend FRIED RICE. It is perfect. So dig this, rice for oats, mixed with veggies , and chicken/beef, and ketchup , and fried. Its perfect,but don't use too much oil,oils are fats.
Lunch=Check.
Now dinner. Mom said, dinner is not that important. But u still can't skip it. For dinner, make sure u eat very less rice. Or no rice at all. Just the other food served on the table,minus the rice. If you think you had a big lunch, eat a veggie soup or fruit. Don't forget to drink milk,regular milk or low fat milk,you choose. Or yoghurt with mixed berries.
Dinner=Check.
Now that the main three meals are set,we need to know some other stuff to help the diet.
1. Don't drink cold water. Cold water can make the carbs and fat-burnings very slow. Let's just say it can freeze the fats in your body and it wont come out.
2.Exercise. Every day, do a cardio work out. Simple ones. Sit ups, 10 a day. Low kicks, 5 a day. And try to sweat more. Oh, and i know a fun dance that can really sharpen those legs which is----SHUFFLE DANCE. Try it,believe me it works.
3.Chocolate and cheese. They are the major fats. Try to eat them less. maybe 1 time a week or two time a week.
4.Other snacks..when u're in mood for a snack,read the back of the package that shows 'Lemak total' and 'karbohidrat'. Compare with other snacks you have,and pick the one with the fewest percentage. If u got only one\ snack..well,on then.
I have been doing this for 2 months now, and my weight now is...............
43 KG!! Imagine that, from 48 to 43! Don't believe me? I can show you.
